Pamela Haines is our Chief Change Agent at Slate Consultants, but we like to call her our Professor of Productivity.
Pam’s strong background in organizational development, business change management, process design and documentation, instructional design and training delivery is what powers her work with executive teams during times of change – needed or imposed. Her skills include strategic planning, project management, team leadership and workshop facilitation.
Pam’s work at Slate Consultants has delivered significant results for clients, ranging from small startups to international corporations across a broad range of industries including, Real Estate Management and Investment, Construction, Global Technology Solutions & Services, Publishing, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, and Non-Profit organizations.
Mike Lovell is our Chief Strategist, bringing a world-scale perspective to business challenges of all sizes
Mike has worked all over the world, first as a development manager of large-scale business systems for government agencies and large corporations, then as a special consultant to help a power generation company change its business systems strategy and restructure its business entirely. At that point, Mike was hooked. Diagnosing and solving business issues, developing strategies for future growth and development, this was his new calling. Mike went on to become a Principal and Practice Leader in several international consulting companies, specializing in the Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, and Aviation sectors.
Mike’s goal in co-founding Slate Consultants was and is to transfer the skills and experience that he and Pam have gained from years of consulting “at the coalface”, as he would put it, to business leaders, organizational development practitioners, and HR specialists, providing tools and leadership to help solve business problems, develop new strategies, and implement true organizational transformation.
